Check the common setup items that can keep patient texting from becoming available.

Open the account and review the texting status for the location. Texting may remain inactive while business information is incomplete, approval is still in progress, a correction is required, or another location setup step is unfinished.

Complete only the action requested on the page. Do not submit duplicate information while a review is pending.

If the status has not changed after the time shown in the account, contact support with the location name and the status message. Do not send private business documents by ordinary email unless support provides an approved method.
