First, confirm that Workspace is showing the correct location. Refresh the page once and check whether the request appears under the same caller phone number as an existing recent request.
Not every incoming call creates a new request. An answered call, an ineligible call, repeated activity from the same caller, or an incomplete setup can produce a different result.
If an expected request is still missing, contact support with the location name, caller phone number, and approximate call time. Do not send call details that are not needed to locate the event.
