Only use patient information for office work and only share it with authorized team members. Keep account access on trusted devices, sign out of shared computers, and do not copy patient details into unapproved tools.
Do not enter patient names, phone numbers, call transcripts, medical details, or message content into the Help Center search or Help Assistant. Use general questions such as “Why is texting not active?”
If you believe someone accessed the account without permission, contact the account owner and support immediately.
