Search the Help Center using the name of the page, action, or message you see. If the article does not solve the problem, use the support channel provided to your clinic during onboarding or in your account communications.

You can also select Ask a question on any Help Center page. Type your question, or select Use voice when your browser supports it. Voice input adds editable text to the same question field—it does not send the question automatically. Review the text before selecting Get an answer, and do not speak or type patient information, phone numbers, health information, or account secrets.

Include:

  • the clinic or location name;
  • the page where the problem occurred;
  • what you expected to happen;
  • what happened instead;
  • the approximate date and time.

Do not email passwords, verification codes, full message histories, or unnecessary patient information.
