Search the Help Center using the name of the page, action, or message you see. You can also ask a question from the Help Center home page. Type your question, or select Use voice when it is available. Review the text before selecting Find answers.
If you have an account and still need help, select Go to account, sign in, open the Help Center, and select Support options. After you send a request, it appears under Your support requests. Support replies appear in the same request thread.
Please don’t include private or sensitive information.
Include:
- the office or location name;
- the page where the problem occurred;
- what you expected to happen;
- what happened instead;
- the approximate date and time.
Do not email passwords, verification codes, or other private information.
