Open Billing to see the trial status, the date shown for the trial, current usage, and any action required from the account owner. Before the trial begins, Billing shows Trial with Not started yet, does not show a dollar amount, and provides a highlighted Go to Phone setup action.
After the first MCD AI number is assigned, Overview and Plan show a green Trial period status and the exact date the trial ends. The $99 base-plan amount is labeled as the next payment expected on that date; it is not a charge made during the trial. Overview also shows the last real completed payment. A zero-dollar invoice created when the trial starts is not a payment, so an account with no completed charge shows No payments yet.
The trial covers AI call answering and Workspace. If SMS becomes active during the trial, its segment allowance appears separately; SMS approval is not required for the paid AI service to begin or continue.
The trial begins when the first MCD AI number is assigned; adding a payment method alone does not start it. Unless canceled before it ends, the trial converts automatically after 14 days to the paid monthly plan and the saved payment method is charged.
The trial includes 100 AI answered minutes. If those minutes are used before day 14, AI answering pauses. An authorized account user may select Start paid plan now to resume; the plan does not start early without that action.
The trial also tracks 1,000 SMS segments when texting is active. Reaching that SMS allowance does not end the trial early or stop SMS solely for that reason. Open Billing to review the plan, usage, and cancellation options.
To cancel the automatic conversion, use the available Billing option or contact support before the trial ends.
