Learn the basic front-desk workflow for reviewing and following up on patient requests.

Use Workspace for the daily follow-up workflow:

  1. Review new patient requests.
  2. Read the call summary, message history, and latest patient reply.
  3. Call the patient using the phone number shown in the request.
  4. Update the request using the actions available to your role.

Treat AI summaries as a convenient handoff, not as a clinical record. Confirm important details directly with the patient before scheduling or making decisions.
