Complete these steps in order:
- Open Business setup and confirm the clinic name, main office phone, address, hours, and other public details.
- Open Phone setup, save the regular office phone, and copy the location's MCD AI number.
- In the office phone system, forward unanswered and busy calls from the office phone to the MCD AI number. Do not forward all calls.
- Return to Phone setup, confirm forwarding is configured, and run the forwarding test without answering the office phone.
- Open AI knowledge and review the information the AI may share with callers.
- Complete any required texting approval steps shown in the account.
- Add a payment method if the account asks for one.
- Open Workspace and make sure the front desk knows where to review patient requests.
Your account shows which steps are complete and which still need attention. Do not treat setup as complete until the relevant page confirms it.
