Workspace is the front desk's daily view of patient requests. Open a request to review the caller's phone number, call summary, available call details, message history, and latest patient reply.

Use this information to understand why the patient contacted the office, then call the patient and confirm important details directly. The request is a follow-up aid, not a replacement for the office's scheduling or clinical records.
