When an unanswered call reaches the AI, it asks how the office can help and collects a short request in the caller's own words. It may ask one brief follow-up, confirm the summary, and ask for the caller's name if it was not already provided.
The AI may share office facts saved in AI knowledge. It does not diagnose, provide medical advice, make emergency decisions, or book, cancel, confirm, or reschedule appointments.
After the call, the office reviews the call summary in Workspace and follows up with the patient.
