Open a patient request in Workspace to see its Message history. The Latest patient reply highlights the newest response so the front desk can quickly understand what changed.

Read the full sequence when context matters. Confirm sensitive or unclear details directly with the patient before taking action.

If a new reply is not visible, refresh the page once and confirm that you opened the correct patient request.
