Ask about using Missed Calls Dental. Do not enter patient names, phone numbers, health information, or account secrets.

Complete Phone setup

Assign the location's MCD AI number, configure conditional forwarding, and verify the call path.

Complete Phone setup for each location in this order:

  1. Get or confirm the location's MCD AI number.
  2. Save the regular office phone number patients already call.
  3. In the office's phone system, forward unanswered and busy calls from the office phone to that MCD AI number.
  4. Leave Forward all calls, Always, and Unconditional forwarding off.
  5. Return to MCD and check I set up call forwarding.
  6. Select Test forwarding and do not answer the office phone.
  7. Wait for Forwarding confirmed.

The clinic continues using and publishing its regular office number. The MCD AI number is the forwarding destination and is used through Missed Calls Dental.

Phone setup is complete only when the page confirms forwarding. Forwarding setup and texting approval are separate; completing one does not activate the other.
