Complete Phone setup for each location in this order:
- Get or confirm the location's MCD AI number.
- Save the regular office phone number patients already call.
- In the office's phone system, forward unanswered and busy calls from the office phone to that MCD AI number.
- Leave Forward all calls, Always, and Unconditional forwarding off.
- Return to MCD and check I set up call forwarding.
- Select Test forwarding and do not answer the office phone.
- Wait for Forwarding confirmed.
The clinic continues using and publishing its regular office number. The MCD AI number is the forwarding destination and is used through Missed Calls Dental.
