Each active paid location currently includes, per month:

  • 100 AI answered call minutes;
  • 1,000 text-message segments.

Included usage resets each month and does not roll over. Billing Overview uses the current rates of $0.39 per additional AI answered call minute and $0.06 per additional text-message segment to show estimated usage beyond the included amounts.

A long text or a message containing certain characters may use more than one segment. Review Billing Overview for the account's current usage, estimates, and terms before making a billing decision.
