Open Billing to review current-period usage. AI answered call minutes and text-message segments are tracked separately because they have different included limits and usage rates.

Usage totals can take a short time to reflect very recent activity. If a total still looks incorrect later, contact support with the location name, usage category, and approximate date of the activity. Do not send patient message content unless support specifically requests a secure method.
