On the sign-in page, select the password-reset option and enter the email address connected to your account. Open the reset message and follow its link to create a new password.
Reset links are single-use. Use the newest reset email because an older, expired, or already-used link will not work. The reset page lets you request a new link safely. Check spam or junk mail if the message does not arrive after a few minutes.
Never send your password or reset link to support.
