Patient texting may require business review before it can become active. Open the texting approval section shown in your account and complete every required field.
Use the clinic's legal business information, including its EIN when requested. Make sure the representative name and contact details belong to the authorized person completing the submission.
Submission does not mean immediate approval. The account will show the current status and whether more information is needed. Do not resubmit repeatedly unless the page asks you to correct something.
